Store Policies
Presley's Outdoors offers the following Return Policy: We make it easy. Returns are welcomed. We are with you until you are happy. We accept returns within 30 days. Please contact us at sales@presleysoutdoors.com if you wish to return or exchange an item, we will provide you with clear instructions on how to proceed.
Note: All items must be returned in same as received condition with all packaging and/or tags. Requests for a different size, if we have the size, are exchanged at no cost (except return shipping or if there is a price difference in the size). SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE and return shipping is at your expense. If upon receiving an item it is damaged, contact us immediately and we will replace it at no cost to you.
We want you to be satisfied and enthusiastic about your experience with us. We don't consider the sale final until you are satisfied. If you return an item, please include your email address as well as your full name and telephone number, and a copy of your receipt so we can find your order quickly.
